1.1. Booking Process
- Customers must provide accurate information during the booking process.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Confirmation of booking will be sent via email or phone.
2. Payment Terms
Payments for services rendered must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.1. Pricing
All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for changes or additional services requested after the initial booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any fees.
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.
3.1. Refunds
Refunds will be processed in cases where services were not rendered as agreed. The refund process may take up to 14 business days.
4. Liability
Waterloo Man with Van ensures the utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

- Basic coverage included in the service fee.
- Optional additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items.
4.1. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed and secured before transport.
5. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service to items that are deemed hazardous or require special handling beyond our capacity.
